JC Penny has been running teaser ads on TV indicating that they are going to shock and awe the public with a discount program starting next month.  Mr. Cheap did a  little poking around,  JC Penny is  going to flip things around and upside down with Cheap everyday pricing to  compete with the likes of  Walmart. This we’ve gotta see!
